Comprehensive legal protection of business, including preventing and protection from hostile takeovers
Corporate raid in Ukraine in recent years has become a real problem, especially in the agrarian sector. We understand that owners need legal protection from the moment of business fondation and registration of enterprise for business activity because of the lack of clear legislative regulations and the land market of newly established law enforcement agencies cause the violation of owners` rights.

We deal with litigation in accordance with the rules of economic, civil, administrative, criminal proceedings in the courts of first instance, as well as in the appellate and cassation instances, including the United Chambers and the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court.
We prepare constitutional complaints to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and represent interests of clients during recognition of the case with appropriate rules of constitutional justice. We provide legal assistance during the process of application to the European Court of Human Rights and provide help with the representation of interests in the European Court of Human Rights.
